little things do add up ...

It never ceases to amaze me that the simplest things in life can bring the most pleasure. Sometimes we just need to see them through someone else's eyes to gain new appreciation of what was right there in front of us all along.

Who knew bringing in the laundry could be so much fun. A peg, a baby and a playful dad. Thankful my camera was nearby. Thankful that my life has lots of these moments scattered throughout it recently. Thankful immensely to be part of an amazing family and community of friends. Gratitude is a practice that keeps our souls healthy. Happy February friends.

“We can only be said to be alive in those moments when
our hearts are conscious of our treasures.”

You are so right! What a great sentiment...a lot of times we don't stop and appreciate the world around us. Thanks for reminding us that we shouldn't let those little moments pass us by.

What a joy Knuckles is to you all. Rachelle my dear, you have grown this year and found your feet on so many levels. We all have so much to be thankful for and it is a real treasure to see someone your age see and realise the wonders we are given.

Love and Blessings . . . Arija
